Our culture is Our Pride

Can you imagine the survival of a tree without roots? I am certain that
your answer would be no, no tree can sustain without its’ roots. This is
not a mere scientific fact that we need to know as part of our learning
portions, there is a very crucial message that comes along with it. We get
immense knowledge and motivational lessons by just observing the
littlest of things in our surroundings. Just how a tree cannot live without
its roots we as humans should also never forget our roots and where we
come from. India is known for it’s rich heritage and culture and each
and every citizen of our country must embrace it wholeheartedly. If we
ourselves will not respect our traditions, then no one else will make the
effort to. India is home to over a billion people, accommodating incredible
cultural diversity between languages, geographic regions, religious traditions,
and social stratifications. In recognition of this large demographic diversity.
India is one of the oldest civilizations in the world, spanning a period of more than
4000 years, and witnessing the fusion of several customs and traditions, which are
reflective of the rich culture and heritage of the Country.

The history of the nation gives a glimpse into the magnanimity of its evolution -
from a Country reeling under colonialism, to one of the leading economies in the
global scenario. More than anything, the nationalistic fervor of the people is the
contributing force behind the culmination of such a development. This
transformation of the nation instills a sense of national pride in the heart of every
Indian within the Country and abroad

Every traveler who visits India quickly falls in love with the ancient spirituality
and lip smacking food. Each state in India has its own variety of dishes and
clothing, that is what makes it different from the other. Our culture tutors us to
respect our elders, our family and understand the importance of each member in
our family. We are also taught to treat our guests as gods and give them the same
honor and privileges. That’s why Indians are also regarded as the world’s best
hosts. The kind hospitality and caring nature can win anyone’s heart. We should
never forget the culture of India and promote it wherever and whenever possible.
We all should unite and live in peace and harmony. We should never forget the
Unity in Diversity Mantra and give our fellow citizens utmost respect.
