    Above matter is fixed on today’s board for hearing. The plaintiff due to his
    health problem the plaintiff is not in position to present before the Hon’ble court to
    filed the evidence in form affidavit today, hence this application for grant of
    adjournment.

    It is therefore prayed that Hon’ble court may be pleased to adjourn the


    matter till next date in the interest of justice.
