Candidates have to choose a Master's degree programme held in English, which are available

Once the programme has been chosen, APPLY through the corresponding portal:

You will be asked to upload the following documents:

Once admitted, you will receive:

3 ONCE ADMITTED A logistics letter
The admission letter is very important because you will be asked to upload it on the
UNIVERSITALY pre-enrolment portal (if you are a Non-EU student residing out of Italy) and
on the Ammissione LM (https://ammissionelm.adm.unipi.it/) enrolment portal for enrolment
at the UniPI.
The logistic letter will give you information about: 3
the pre-enrolment procedure for the study visa (if you are a non EU-student residing
out of Italy)
getting the tax code
finding temporary accommodation
opening a bank account
asking for the residence permit
obtaining Italian National health insurance
how to enrol at UNIPI
Only if you are a Non-EU student residing out of Italy
4 PRE-ENROLMENT ON
UNIVERSITALY Please register on the Universitaly portal and upload the required documents.
In your application you should:
select “University of Pisa”
leave the tax code (if you do not have it yet) and the ID account at the selected
University blank
select the Italian Embassy/Consulate of the country where you will apply for the study
VISA

The University of Pisa will carry out its own preliminary assessment of the individual
applications by requesting a copy of the student’s academic qualifications and any other
document deemed useful for the purpose of this preliminary assessment.
The documents to upload on the portal are:
Your Bachelor’s Degree Diploma
The Admission Letter you have received from the Master’s Degree Programme
Certificate of English proficiency (typically IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, etc.) if any (not
compulsory at this stage buti t could be to get the visa)
The Declaration of value (DoV) is not compulsory at this stage on Universitaly portal, but
necessary for final enrolment at Unipi).

The University of Pisa will validate the pre-enrolment
ENROLMENT data on the UNIVERSITALY portal.

After the University of Pisa’s validation, candidates can apply for pre-enrolment at the
APPLY FOR THE Italian Embassy/Consulate of their residing country in order to obtain the study visa. The
5 STUDY VISA preliminary acceptance by the university does not grant the right to obtain a visa.

Candidates are invited to apply as soon as possible on the aforementioned portal in order
to allow the competent Italian diplomatic offices abroad to issue the study visa in time for
the completion of the enrolment.
1.Registration on the Alice Portal.
PRE-ENROLMENT ON
6 ENROLMENT
UNIVERSITALY
First of all, you have to register on the Alice student portal. Once registered you can log in
with your credentials and upload in the specific sections:
a personal passport-sized photo,
your passport
the visa and the residence permit or the post office receipt of the residence permit
request

2.Enrol on the AmmissioneLM portal (https://ammissionelm.adm.unipi.it/).


Use the credentials received after registering on Alice portal and enter AmmissioneLM
portal where you will be asked to upload the following documents:
Bachelor’s Degree Diploma
The University Transcript of Records, with all the exams passed during your Bachelor’s;
Declaration of value (DV), issued by the Italian Diplomatic Authorities in their home
country, along with the official translation into Italian of the diploma, legalised (or with
an "apostille") and validated, OR, the ENIC-NARIC certificate is accepted (in Italian or in
English)

In order to formalise enrolment, it is necessary to either pay the first installment of
