Welcome to Al Haramain Madrasah, Al

Hamdulillah you have successfully
registered your child/ren with Al
Haramain Madrasah for the year
beginning October 2023 on a 1 year (9
month) commitment / agreement.

We look forward to teaching your

child/ren and are confident that your
child/ren will benefit from our
structured Madrasah programme.

Now that you’ve registered, what should

you do next?
Once fully registered, you do not need
to do anything other than turn up at the
registered branch on the start day with
all the relevant items and your children
ready to learn.

BELOW ARE SOME IMPORTANT

INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
FOR YOUR FAMILY

When will the classes start?

- All Weekend Acton Madrasah classes
will start from Sunday 1ST of October
2023

Where should you come?

- Classes will be held at Ark Burlington
Danes Academy, Du Cane Road, London
W12 0TN (please come here directly).

What time should you come?

- On the first day Madrasah students
should arrive at the school 9.45am
(kindly no earlier or later).
- Please kindly ensure your child/ren
arrive on time for every lesson.
- Please note; parents are requested to
be prepared to stay with us for up to 1
hour on the first day as we will be
allocating all students to their correct
classrooms, giving them their course
books, in addition to introducing them
to their teacher Inshaa Allah.

Do you need to bring anything with

you?
- Please ensure your child brings a
notepad and pen to every class. Other
than that, we will provide all study
materials on the first day of class Inshaa
Allah.
- For the weekend Madrasah please
ensure you provide a packed lunch with
your child/ren.

Other useful information…

- Students should be in School uniform;
Boys white Thoube with white hat and
Girls black Hijab with black Abaya.
- For your own records, we have
attached a copy of the Terms &
Conditions which you have agreed to by
creating an account with us online and
registering to our School.
- If you do have any outstanding
payments, please do call us and make
arrangements to pay this with our staff
before classes start (Do not worry if you
have already made arrangements or
opted for monthly payment plans with
us as, they will be made via monthly
direct debits in the beginning of each
month, however direct debit details
must be provided).
- If driving when dropping / picking
children please be considerate not to
create congestion or block other road
users.
- Should there be any need for
contacting you before the classes start;
we will do so via the contact details that
have been provided to us.
- Please regularly check our online
portal
https://portal.alharamainschools.co.uk/
for updates and communication. The Al
Haramain Portal serves is our primary
communication platform, it can be
accessed through your desktops, tablets
and mobile phones.

Please check the portal regularly to be

kept up to date and not miss out on
vital information. The portal is
populated regularly.
