    PUXIN stainless steel hydraulic biogas system

    1. Technical introduction

    PUXIN stainless steel hydraulic biogas system is composed of PUXIN stainless steel
    hydraulic biogas digester, biogas pipe, biogas desulfurization and dehydration device, biogas
    storage bag and biogas gas appliances (biogas stove, biogas water heater and biogas generator,
    etc.)
    PUXIN stainless steel hydraulic biogas digester is designed to be fully buried
    underground, and can be made of insulation layer outside the digester. PUXIN stainless steel
    hydraulic biogas digester is equipped with a heat exchanger, which can use the hot water
    generated by the solar water heater to heat the fermentation raw materials.
    PUXIN stainless steel hydraulic biogas digester is composed of two main parts: the
    stainless steel fermenter 5 and the glass fiber reinforced plastic gas holder 2. Fermenter 5 is
    made of a 2mm thick 304 stainless steel plate with a volume of 21.5 cubic meters. A feed pipe
    3, a discharge pipe 4 and a tank cover 1 are installed on the stainless steel fermenter 5. A heat
    exchanger is also installed in the stainless steel fermenter (6 and 7 are inlet and outlet pipe
    joints of heat exchanger respectively).
    The gas holder 2 is composed of a FRP body and three stainless steel brackets, with a
    diameter of 1.6 meters and a volume of 1.0 cubic meters. The gas holder is installed in the
    mouth of the fermenter and is stuck by three clamps so that the gas holder cannot move up
    and down. The joint of the gas holder and the fermenter is sealed by water.

    PUXIN stainless steel hydraulic biogas digester has the following significant advantages
    1) Suitable for mass use of grass, leaves, wheat straw and other agricultural waste as
    fermentation raw materials: The gas holder only weighs about 30 kg, so it can be easily
    opened, so as to easily load and unload non-liquid fermentation raw materials such as
    grass from the mouth of the tank (diameter1.5 meters)
    Loading: Grass，leaves and straw can be poured into the digester by cart or tip car after
    the gas holder is lifted

    unloading: After the gas holder is opened, the fermented materials can be sucked away by the
    suction truck and transported to the agricultural land to grow crops.

    2) Fast fermentation speed: the outer wall of the stainless steel fermenter can be sprayed
    with insulation layer, and the hot water generated by the solar water heater can be used to
    heat the fermentation raw materials in the fermenter, so as to improve the fermentation
    speed.
    3) Easy to install: PUXIN stainless steel hydraulic biogas digester is a product of factory
    production, just dig a pit on the ground, bury the digester and install the inlet and outlet
    pipe.
    4) Long service life: the glass fiber reinforced plastic gas holder life is more than 30 years,
    stainless steel fermenter is made of 2mm thick 304 stainless steel, life is more than 30
    years also.

    2.Promotion status:
    PUXIN stainless steel hydrostatic biogas digester is improved from PUXIN concrete
    hydrostatic biogas digester. PUXIN concrete hydrostatic biogas digester is composed the
    concrete fermenter and the glass fiber reinforced plastic gas holder. By the end of 2020,
    PUXIN concrete hydraulic biogas digesters have been introduced in more than 80 countries
    around the world.
