    The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Reform Act of 2015 (Republic Act No. 10742) affirms the role
    of the Filipino youth in nation-building. This Act strengthens support for the creation of
    mechanisms and opportunities to realize SK‘s meaningful and active participation in governance.

    In line with this, the Sangguniang Kabataan ng barangay Lubid are very much eager to do our
    duties and responsibilities as elected officials to become officers to lead the youth of our
    barangay.

    In connection to this, the Sangguniang Kabataan council, consisting of eight (8) officials,
    decided to have two (2) sets of uniform to strengthen our convincing and respectful authority to
    serve and lead our youth and our community. Furthermore, it will serve as our formal uniforms
    for attending meetings, seminars, workshops, duties, responsibilities, activities, events, and the
    likes. However, we are concerned that our financial reserves may not be enough to defray the
    expenses of the planned uniform amounting of Ten thousand Four hundred pesos (10,400.00).

    In the light of the aforementioned statement, we humbly come to your aid with the fervent hope
    that you may help us this scarcity by being our sponsor of our uniform as our main concern. We
    firmly believe that your kind heart will not fail our prayers.

    Thank you very much for your generosity and may the intercession of God bring forth more
    blessings to you and your family.
