receipt of goods into a
business. It is about purchasing
goods for the office or the
production unit.

issued by the International
Chamber of Commerce (ICC) which
define the responsibilities of sellers
and buyers for the sale of goods in
international transactions.

legal interpretations between traders
of different countries necessitated a
common set of rules. These rules
needed to be easy for all participants
