SCHEDULE
In our pursuit of this project, Etungo Consulting Engineers envisions a structured approach
across three distinct phases:
Phase 1 (Preparation and Substructure): This phase is slated to kick off in July 2023 and
extend through mid-April 2024. During this time, we will diligently focus on the project's
initial groundwork, preparing the foundation and the ground floor superstructure.
Phase 2 (First Floor Superstructure): Following the completion of Phase 1, we will
seamlessly transition into Phase 2, dedicated to constructing the first-floor superstructure.
This phase is scheduled from mid-April 2024 to early August 2024.
Phase 3 (Second Floor Superstructure): Finally, Phase 3 is designated for erecting the second-
floor superstructure, scheduled to commence in early August 2024 and conclude by early
January 2025.
