Ufone case analysis
 The case writes well by writer.
 He present AtoZ thing in case.
 Such as its origin, competitor and challenges face by competitor.
Also one big thing he present package detail (call rate and sms) both prepaid and
postpaid and advertisement of company. And also present VAS (value added service)
Main point he includes company’s corporate information like how it creates, what is
their aim? And also vision and mission statement.
He also present comparison of Ufone with other industry like mobilink.
How ever work was overall good.

The negative thing I observed its lack information about ownership transfer.
I think it is subsidiary company of PTCL and before 7 year PTCL is property of
government. After it was sold to etislaat Dubai based group now they are owner.
So writer should show what strategy of Ufone when it was property of government
and what now….. also financial position.
