    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you that unfortunately, my daughter, Shene Rvi
    Ann Sarmiento, DEPRAC Member, is unwell and unable to attend the scheduled meeting on November
    12, 2023, 8:30 AM.

    My daughter has come down with fever, and we wanted to ensure that she will have an adequate rest
    and recuperation. As a result, she won't be able to participate in the upcoming meeting.

    I understand the importance of the meeting and apologize for any inconvenience caused by her
    absence. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope to make alternative arrangements
    to catch up on any missed information.
