Steamed Cassava Cake is a cake made from cassava which is made by steaming and has a
sweet taste.
Steamed cassava cake is a food whose main basic ingredients are easy to obtain, because they
can be found in the garden.
Apart from that, the processing process is also easy.

Material :
1.Casssava
2.Fine granulated sugar
3.Margarine
4.Grated cheese
5.Topping (Chocolate)
Ways of making :
1. Prepare cassava
2. Peel the cassava, then wash the cassava until clean.
3. Cut the cassava into pieces
4. Boil the cassava in boiling water, making sure all the cassava is submerged in
water.
5. Cook until the cassava is cooked until the texture becomes soft.
6. When the cassava is cooked, turn off the heat and remove and drain the cassava.
7. Puree the cassava using a pestle until the cassava texture becomes soft.
8. Add powdered sugar, margarine, grated cheese and vanilla paste.
9. Stir all the ingredients until evenly mixed
10. After the mixture is mixed evenly, prepare the cake cups
11. Fill the cake cups with grated cheese
12. Take enough cassava mixture, and shape it into a round shape.
13. Once the shape is round and neat, put the cassava into the sponge cup.
14. Do the same thing to all the cassava cups.
15. After that, decorate the top of the cassava with chocolate topping.
16. Next, add enough cheese topping on top.
17. Do the same for all the dough.
18. Cassava steamed cake is ready to be served.

Kue Singkong kukus merupakan kue berbahan dasar singkong yang proses
pembuatannya dikukus serta memiliki rasa yang manis.
kue singkong kukus termasuk makanan yang bahan dasar utama nya mudah
didapat, karena dapat ditemukan di kebun. selain itu, proses pengolahan nya juga
mudah.

Bahan :
1.Singkong
2.Gula halus
3.Margarin
4.Keju Parut
5.Topping (Cokelat)
Cara Pembuatan :
1. Siapkan singkong
2. Kupas singkong, lalu cuci singkong hingga bersih.
3. Potong-potong singkong
4. Rebus singkong di dalam air yang sudah dimasak mendidih, pastikan semua
singkong terendam dengan air.
5. Masak sampai singkong matang hingga teksturnya menjadi empuk.
6. Jika singkong sudah matang, matikan api dan angkat serta tiriskan singkong
tersebut.
7. Haluskan singkong menggunakan ulekan hingga tekstur singkong menjadi
empuk.
8. Masukkan gula halus, margarin, keju parut dan pasta vanila.
9. Aduk semua bahan hingga tercampur merata
10. setelah adonan tercampur rata, siapkan cup kue
11. Isi cup kue dengan parutan keju
12. Ambil secukupnya adonan singkong, dan bentuk menjadi bulat.
13. setelah bentuknya bulat dan rapi, masukkan singkong ke dalam cup bolu.
14. Lakukan hal yang sama ke semua cup singkong.
15. Setelah itu, hias bagian atas singkong dengan topping cokelat.
16. Selanjutnya, beri topping keju diatas secukupnya.
17. Lakukan hal yang sama untuk semua adonan.
18. Kue Singkong kukus siap disajikan.
