Analyst - Marketing

Job Title: Analyst - Marketing

What are we looking for?

1. Natural creativity:

back, seeing the big picture, and coming up with new ways of approaching
challenges and making positive changes to how the company is managed and
marketed.

To take it further, in an ideal world, we are not just looking for someone with
experience managing projects and people. We are also looking for a T-shaped
marketer – someone with a diverse skill set that spans all disciplines relevant to
“Searce”, alongside a deep knowledge of one key area.

Against Virtually Everything) personality.

Job Responsibilities

1. Analyze sales funnels and customer intent


2. Measure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns

3. Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social
media engagement
4. Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
5. Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
6. Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
7. Recommend website and campaign optimizations
8. Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects
(automation software, social media scheduling etc)
9. Analyze campaign engagement and performance trends by channel and
product to inform Demand Generation strategy
10. Create recommendations for campaign and website testing and optimization
11. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new
client acquisition & lead conversion

Qualification

1. Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. However there is no way to locate


you otherwise. So we might look for a graduate degree in engineering with a
sales mindset or you started your business at 12 and sold it post high school.
And the latter is better. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some
manner. :)
2. Experience in Marketing Analyst, marketing research, statistical or data analysis
(or academic equivalent)
3. Expertise in Google Analytics
4. In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
5. Experience with PPC campaigns
6. Experience building and automating management level reporting

7. Analytical abilities
8. Masters in Marketing or relevant field
9. Successful experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced, creative
entrepreneurial environment in a cross-functional capacity.
10. Hands-on experience working with marketing tools and systems would be a plus
(HubSpot, Salesforce). Experience with Microsoft PowerBI would be a major plus
