1) What did I do well (Both inside & outside the class):

Inside the class, I think I did a good job of staying on top of the readings and
participating in class discussion. I also did a good job of asking questions
when I was confused, and I think that helped me to understand the material
better. Outside of class, I did a good job of staying organized and keeping up
with the readings and assignments. I also made sure to start my assignments
early so that I would have enough time to complete them.

2) Shortcomings I perceived about myself:

I felt that I was not very confident in myself and that I needed to build up
my self-esteem. I also felt that I was not very assertive and that I needed to
learn to speak up for myself more. I felt that I was not very.
good at networking and that I needed to work on my networking skills. I felt

Consideration for Family Members

I want to improve my life for myself and for my family. I have been learning
that I need to take care of myself first before I can take care of my family. I
have been learning that I need to make my own decisions and not let my
family make all my decisions for me. I have been learning that I can talk to
my family about what I am thinking and feeling. I have been learning that I
need to let my family know what I am thinking and feeling. I have been
learning that I need to let my family know what I want and what I don't want.
I have been learning that I need to let my family know what I am doing and
where I am going. I have been learning that I need to let my family know
when I am going to be away from home.
