How to get additional users unto the system
1. Users and their access to the system are based on their role within the ANC. Also only
people who have roles in the Organisation can access the system.
2. This is automatically done by creating accounts for people based on their information in the
system.
3. Yet the system needs a Name, Cell Number and Email address to create a user.
4. For example to add LET Manager to the system, the Name, Cell Number and Email Address
of the person must be entered into the system.
5. Once it is entered, the system will at the end of each business day, pick up the new users,
create accounts for them and assign access to information ONLY applicable to them. The
system will send an email to each user individually (to the email address filled in on the
system).
19
6. If a Name, Cell Number of Email Address is missing the account will not be created.
7. Once all information is available the account creation process will be done at the end of
each business day.
8. To add Data Capturers (per LET, RET or PET) please go to the relevant structure under
elections and add the Data capturers under the available tab.
