1.) Foxtrot Dance - The foxtrot is a smooth, progressive dance characterized by long,
continuous flowing movements across the dance floor. It is danced to big band music.
The dance is similar in its look to waltz, although the rhythm is in a 4. 4 time signature
instead of 3.

2.) Belly Dance - a dance originating in the Middle East, typically performed by a
woman and involving undulating movements of the belly and rapid gyration of the hips.
Belly dance is a dance that has its origins in Egypt. It features movements of the hips
and torso. It has evolved to take many different forms depending on the country and
region, both in costume and dance style; with the Egyptian styles and costumes being
the most recognized worldwide due to Egyptian cinema.

3.) Waltz Dance - The waltz, meaning "to roll or revolve" is a ballroom and folk dance,
normally in triple, performed primarily in closed position. It is the “backbone dance” of
the ballroom and is the basis for many dances. A truly romantic dance, the Waltz is
comprised of soft, round, flowing movements. The Waltz is a smooth dance that travels
around the line of dance. Characterized by its “rise and fall” action, the Waltz includes a
step, slide, and step in 3/4 time.

4.) Salsa Dance - Salsa is a Latin dance, associated with the music genre of the same
name, which was first popularized in the United States in the 1960s in New York City.
Salsa is an amalgamation of Cuban dances, such as mambo, pachanga and rumba, as
well as American dances such as swing and tap. Salsa dance socials are commonly
held in nightclubs, bars, ballrooms, restaurants, and outside, especially when part of an
outdoor festival.

5.) Swing Dance - Swing dancing developed in the 1920s and 30s in America. Swing
dance is a group of social dances that developed with the swing style of jazz music in
the 1920s–1940s, with the origins of each dance predating the popular "swing era".
Swing dance is a lively style of social dancing in which a dancer often lifts, spins and
flips his or her partner. Considered both hip and cool, swing dancing is a favorite among
social dancers of all ages.

6.) Tap Dance - Tap dance is a form of dance characterized by using the sounds of tap
shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion. Two major variations on tap dance
exist: rhythm tap and Broadway tap. Broadway tap focuses on dance; it is widely
performed in musical theater.

7.) Modern Dance - Born in the early 20th century, modern dance is a dance style that
focuses on a dancer's own interpretations instead of structured steps, as in traditional
ballet dancing. Modern dancers reject the limitations of classical ballet and favor
movements derived from the expression of their inner feelings
