    Summary

    Symptom
    VAT Identification Exchange System (VIES) - based on EC Sales List in Data
    Exchange Format should be created as part of CEE solution.

    For the moment is not available yet the electronic format for this form and
    for that reason we are trying to do the printing form and electronic form I
    supposed that will respect the general printing form but we can finalize it
    only after the file format will be available.

    Reason and Prerequisites


    This report is based on legal request in Romania. Is part of SAP CORE CEE
    localization and is valid only for Romaina and is delivered with
    corresponding support packs.

    Solution
    VIES report is used for comunication with authorities. There is standard
    program RFASLM00, but the properly program existing now in the system and
    which can used such as starting program is RFASLD11B because here is
    allowed to be displayed also purchases and our VIES 390 form must take in
    account also purchases.

    VIES 390 report is also valid regarding new law 552/2008.

    Address definition for Company Code


    Use standard customizing transaction SPRO for definition of company
    address used within project.
    Please, assign tax groups to company codes you use in IMG
    activity:Financial Accounting >> General Ledger Accounting >> Business
    Transaction >> Closing Reporting >> Sales/Purchases Tax Returns >> Assign
    Company Codes to Tax on Sales/Purchases GroupsAnd for define tax groups set
    address which will be printed on smart form.

    the specific outputs related to EU accession is available since the
