    “The Executive Council appointed me Chief Election Officer for conducting 18 seats of Executive Council and 6 members of each of the 04
    Local Councils Elections for the term 2023-25 in pursuance of Society Bylaws article # 6.2.

    I was provided with “Procedures & Rules for Elections as Annexure # 4 approved by the EC in its 139th meeting and Society Bylaws” (October
    2013) & a list of good order Members. As per bylaws I have appointed regional election Officers Mr. Ahmad Rizwan, Karachi, Mr. Ramzan
    Saeed, Lahore & Mr. Zafar Ali from Faisalabad.

    On Sep 16, 2023, a circular ref: S-31/HVACR/HQ-2023-25-1 was send to all good order members announcing the Election Schedule & inviting
    Nominations for 18 seats of Executive Council and 6 members of each of the 04 Local Councils.

    THIS IS MY HONOUR TO COMMUNICATE THE PROGRESS OF THE PHVACR SOCIETY EXECUTIVE COUNCIL & 4 LOCAL COUNCILS
    ELECTIONS FOR THE TERM 2023-25, THE SUMMARY IS AS UNDER:

    1. The POLLING WILL NOT BE HELD on Nov 18, 2023 on the following regions as the nominations were received exactly according to
    number of the seats allocated, for both Executive Council & Local Councils, therefore, all the candidates both for EC & LC declared un-
    opposed as per annexure no. 1a & 1b.
    • ISLAMABAD REGION & FAISALABAD: NO POLLING WILL BE HELD FOR BOTH EC & LC MEMBERS.

    2. THE POLLING WILL BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 18, 2023 FROM 9 AM TO 5 PM AT THE FOLLOWING REGIONS.
    • LAHORE REGION: FOR 06 SEATS OF EC & 06 SEATS FOR LC MEMBERS, as per annexure no. 2a & 2b.
    • KARACHI REGION: FOR 06 SEATS LOCAL COUNCIL MEMBERS, ONLY, as per annexure no. 2c.

    THE VOTE CASTING/POLLING WILL BE CONDUCTED ON NOV 18, 2023 FROM 9 AM TO 5 PM AS PER FOLLOWING DETAILS:
    ➢ FOR (MANUAL) IN PERSON through ballot paper at PHVACR Society respective regional Offices only (Lahore & Karachi)
    ➢ FOR DIGITALLY at each member’s respective end or at PHVACR Society Offices (Lahore & Karachi)

    The Oath-taking Ceremony of newly elected EC members & Officer bearers’ elections will be held in 13th General Body
    meeting at 1600 hours on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at PHVACR Society HQ Office, 7&8, First Floor, Shawez Centre, F-8
    Markaz, Islamabad, the notice & agenda already circulated by the Hony. General Secretary.
