Cultural Property in the Philippines
I. PURPOSE

amended by Presidential Decree 374, and Section 10 of Article III of Republic Act No.
10066, otherwise known as "The National Cultural Heritage Act of 2009."
This guidelines covers all acquisitions and dispositions of dealers, whether natural or
juridical, of movable cultural property, whether publicly or privately owned, pursuant to R.A.
No. 4846, as amended, and Sections 4 and 5 of R.A. No. 10066.
