Instructions for the applicants who apply for the International Events/Conferences:
Compulsory documents to be attached with this application:

1. Duly filled application recommended by the State Association.
2. Passport Photo 5 Nos (with White Background)
3. Demand Draft of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) as caution money non
refundable if selected and not participated and also if application is received without
proper documents or any invalid data’s. (Demand Draft in favour of Director, Bharat
Scouts and Guides payable at New Delhi)
4. NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from Head of the institution for School / College children,
Head of the company and SERVICE CERTIFICATE in case of working applicants.
5. IT returns file statement of last 3 years. Photocopy has to be attached.
6. Photocopy of the Valid Passport atleast 8 months after the date of the event which you are
willing to attend.
7. Bank statement for the last 6 months.
