I. Schedule
a. June 23, 2022 - SLRMS Grade 6 Orientation for the Baccalaureate Mass and
Graduation Practice
In-charge of the Request for facility and equipment and in-charge of the
orientation and practice – Ma’am Nanette, T. Remy, T. John (Chairperson for the
Physical Arrangement), T. Judy (Power Point Operator), T. Pilar (Chairperson for
the Reception Committee), Sir Romeo (In-charge for the practice of Mass Songs),
Sir Tom (Chairperson for the Lights and Sounds Committee) and one teacher
from SpEd.
It was suggested that the toga and caps will be distributed on June 23, 2022. (In-
charge – Ate Bheng and T. Remy)
Prior to the face to face orientation and practice, Ma’am Nanette and T. Remy
will orient the Grade 6 via MS Teams. Online practice will continue even after
the face to face practice (June 24 and 28, 2022)
Grade 6 - 9:00 am
II. Thanksgiving and Baccalaureate Mass
a. Platform
We will request for the live streaming of the Mass through Ms. Grace and Sir
Oscar. Ms. Grace will ask how much the The class advisers will do the screen
sharing via MS Teams.
T. Remy reminded the body that the parish may ask for additional charge if the
Mass will be livestreamed.

If Lance Garcia will not attend the Mass physically (based on the survey),
he will join in the meeting of Grade 5 class.
Attire
Grade 6
Boys - long sleeves with necktie, long pants, black leather shoes and toga gown
without cap
Girls - best Sunday dress (Dress code compliant), black shoes (2’ heels
maximum), and toga gown without cap
Offertory
Ma’am Nanette and Ma’am Jean will assign offerors.
Offering: flowers and fruits
c. The PSA will be coordinating with Sir Oscar regarding the SILP Floor Plan. This will be
used to assign the seating arrangement of students.
d. The CLC and Ms. Grace will take charge of preparing and producing the hard copies of
the Missalette.
The speakers for the graduation rites are given the option of whether to
conduct their speeches live or recorded.
c. The Graduation Rites will be a combination of onsite program rites and recorded
videos.

Pledge of Loyalty (Will the Grade 6 recite the Pledge of Loyalty?)
d. Suggestions to shorten the time of the program for the Graduation Rites
The time allotted for the tributes for the Graduates will be limited.
Grade 6 - 5 minutes. (T. Judy will assist T. Remy in preparing the
tribute.)
Since the SLRMS Grade 6 students have composed their graduation song,
the video while singing this will be played before the start of the rites.
The awards will be given along with the Grade 6 Certificate so that the
graduates will go up the stage only once.
e. Venue
SLRMS Auditorium
Ma’am Pontillas and Sir John will coordinate with the GSD as regards
floor plan to be used in preparing the assigned seats.
A large video wall is also suggested to be installed for the said event or
two walls, one on each side of the stage. Ma’am Pontillas will coordinate
with the GSD regarding this request.
