Presently there are eleven (11) parties authorized to import, export, sell, supply or distribute lubricants
(Activity 2) and four (4) parties are authorized to import, export, blend, produce, sell, supply or distribute
lubricants (Activity 1) as indicated below (with respect to Hyrax brand, authority is granted only to blend
produce and export).
