    EQUITY AND INCLUSIVITY: GENDER DIVERSITY TOWARDS TO SAFETY

    WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT

    Rationale
    The Distinguished Organization of Management Technologists and Corporate
    Specialists (DOMT.Cs) of PUP Quezon City Campus is a student organization of the
    University's Diploma in Office Management Technology with a specialization in Medical
    Office Management that aims to advocate for and engage members collaboratively while also
    providing numerous services, programs, and opportunities for members to improve their skills
    in medical office management technology.
    As a result, this activity will help students build stronger bonds with their classmates
    and become acquainted with the student officers and professors at this university.
    Goals and Objectives:
    To end an all forms of gender harassment in a workplace community then To remove
    barriers and promote equality of understanding in forms of gender sensitivity and To appreciate
    and raise the needs of sensitivity and respect in their roles as LGBTQ+ people deals with the
    case of inequality. Moreover, also to remind everyone to take care and being mindful on
    workplace actions and to have a best practices and advance knowledge understanding to avoid
    creating a mis-understanding of actions in dealings with forms of gender towards to our living
    environment.
