BY THIS HON'BLE COURT DATED 06-02-2019 Respectiully Sheweth: 1. That this august Court after hearing the parties disposed of the SMC case No.7/ 2017 vide a detailed judgment announced on 06.02.2019. 2. That the Judgment was sent to all concerned including the Election Commission for compliance.
