The Usefulness of Theories in Human Life

Ethics is a system of principles that helps distinguish good from evil and good from evil.
Ethics can provide realistic and practical guidance in our lives. Ethical principles (e.g.,
honesty, credibility, accountability) effectively address the ethical dilemma by eliminating
behaviors that contradict our sense of right and wrong without sacrificing others. To do. I will
deal with it. Helps determine the direction. It's about the choices we make regarding ethics.
We are always faced with decisions that affect our quality of life. We recognize that the
choices we make affect both ourselves and others. We recognize that we are responsible for
our actions. Suppose you know that your best friend has a relationship with your wife through
a trusted third party. After witnessing your lover in a restaurant with another lady, your wife
questions whether you know anything about it.. She confesses to her that a fraud is
happening. Deny what you know. Tell her that your friend didn't tell you about it. Honesty
requires telling your wife that a trusted third party has informed you about the fraud. You
might think it's best to say that you don't have direct knowledge of technically correct
cheating, but that's a lie of omission. Denying knowing anything about it is a blatant lie, a lie
to an order. Your first duty is, to tell the truth. You can reasonably say nothing about loyalty
to your friends. However, loyalty is generally a secondary value of honesty. If not, loyalty to
other parties can rationalize doing something wrong or not doing the right thing. Why do
some people behave immorally? When it comes to ethics, they have the notion of having a
"blind spot”. Let's say we get closer to our best friend about flirting. He can swear our
secrets, and most importantly, remind us of past situations that were faithful to our best
interests. We want to be honest, but we don't want to bother our friends. This creates a classic
ethical dilemma. Ethics is about personality, which is the sum of the qualities that make up a
person. These qualities include a person's intellect, thoughts, ideas, motives, intentions,
temperaments, judgments, actions, imagination, perception, emotions, love, and hate. In
virtue ethics, personality is what a good and well-meaning person does. As the saying goes,
the letters are important and it's the sum of who we are. What we represent as virtue ethicists
do not place much emphasis on learning philosophical rules, but instead emphasizes the
importance of developing good habits. Wisdom, bravery, moderation, and justice are the four
cardinal virtues. These virtues help you make ethical decisions because they provide the basis
for good judgment when faced with an ethical dilemma. We must be ethical because it
defines who we are personally and as a society. These are codes of conduct that everyone
should follow. If we admit that each of us can make the right choices, our society can be in
turmoil. Some people like to lie. Others may not keep what they promised. Others act
irresponsibly and behave harmfully. There is nothing wrong with pursuing your own
interests. But ethical people need to be willing to prioritize the interests of others over their
own, at least sometimes, because of our responsibility to civil society.
appreciation of values
Values are essential to the individual. Because they determine their behavior, their personality, and
their general behavior towards life and others. The choices we make in life are primarily based on our
qualities. Values or morals are "permanent that a particular action or action, or a recent stage of its
existence, is due to an action or way of speaking that is actually or socially infringed or infringed.
Belief or ". "Fearless" We also believe that the value framework is these beliefs that focus on
everything and are used as a manual for everything from decision making to challenging goals. The
possible qualities are the same as above, but related to the organization, club, or group, and what they
normally need as a final product. The productivity of the bunch organization is reflected in its
strategic policies and practices. From interacting with various organizations to interacting with old
and new representatives. Today, everyone knows the value of morality and qualities. All individuals
need to have habits and moral standards to continue their daily lives, and all disciplines employ
morals and qualities to function smoothly. An example of the values that should be displayed to make
another partner. You need to have values with you. You must be hard-working employees, justify
each other and always be honest with them. Similarly, morality can be said as if someone robbed
someone, so we should help those who have been robbed, rather than running away from the situation.
Morality and qualities are essential to our lives and we should end them consistently throughout our
lives. Appreciation and morality from the Master is an exposed extension of the qualities and morals
that an individual has gained from his family, profound pioneers, and educators. What is taught to
assess growth in schools and colleges can withstand in the professional world. Experienced people
with outstanding qualities and moral or moral norms are not difficult to find, as are the organizations
that use them. Value-based business decisions and ethical rules that everyone adheres to are
benchmarks for progress. Those individuals who agree to give less credit may adversely affect their
organization and perhaps other parts of society. Ethical theory serves as a guide for people to choose
the right values to apply in their daily lives. Going from theory, people are always good and can
control their behavior to be accepted by society according to the norms formed by time, place, and
situation. Each of our actions is bound by clear ethical rules and guidelines. These theories are
general guides on how to think, speak and act on different aspects of life, whether within an
organization or society. Whether we are citizens or leaders, these ethical theories are how people act
appropriately to protect the interests of everyone, including the environment, and to adapt to specific
places, times, and situations. Useful as a guide. Existing ethical theories are based on principles and
values that transcend all races, religions, and beliefs. The ethical theory provides solutions to the
differences found in different opinions/views based on race, religion, and beliefs. Universally
accepted values can guide people of all places and times, and contextual people are bound by the
ethics and values inherent in civilization, society, and organizations. Ethical theory helps shape the
character and quality of human beings as individuals or societies. Knowing and understanding these
ethical theories will help people respond to the needs and changes of the environment. People are
dynamic and need a clear and appropriate ethical guide to manage their dynamic lives.
