Breakfast (07:00 AM-8:00 AM) ½ cup oats, 1 cup milk / 2 eggs, 2 slice
bread, 1 cup tea
Snack (11:00 AM-12:00 PM) 5-6 carrot & cucumber slices / 1
banana/ 1 apple
Lunch (1:00 PM-2:00 PM) 1 grilled chicken sandwich/ 2 chapatti/
1 cup rice with ½ cup daal or vegetable
curry, salad and raita / 1 cup Russian
salad
Snack (4:00 PM-5:00 PM) ½ cup Yogurt with ½ cup fruits / 1 cup
bone broth
Dinner (7:00 PM-8:00 PM) 2 chapati/ 1 cup rice, 1 cup grilled
fish/grilled chicken, raita, salad
Bedtime (10:00 PM-11:00 PM) 2 whole wheat biscuits with 1 cup
green tea

1/2 cup fruit salad
Snack (11:00 AM-12:00 PM) ¼ cup granola / Handful almonds/
walnuts
Lunch (1:00 PM-2:00 PM) 2 chapatti/ 1 cup rice with ½ cup daal
or vegetable curry, salad / 1 cup beans
