Solutions will review the dates as soon as that is possible in the current prevailing circumstances.

The Parties hereby confirm to be aware of the Covid-19 Outbreak and that the Covid-19 Outbreak
might significantly adversely impact the Parties' performance under this Purchase
Order/Agreement/Contract. To mitigate the Parties' risks and liabilities associated with the Covid-19
Outbreak, the Parties agree that:

(a) they are free from and shall not be liable to each other for any and all losses, delays, liabilities,
claims, non-performance or other effects of whatsoever kind being a direct or indirect result of the
Covid-19 Outbreak; and

Description:

For MAN Alpha CPP configurations, the EEXI limits are set and controlled by the Alphatronic remote
control system, already having all relevant and required signals available (Index, charge air pressure,
rpm, pitch feedback etc.). The "MAN OPL Alphatronic" EEXI limitation takes place on "System level".

As the Engine load equals the propeller thrust (pitch angle and rpm) and PTO/PTI, the Alphatronic
configuration will be added a OPL software, corresponding to the required EEXI assessment report
(reduced MCR) for the vessel in question. A copy of the verified "EEXI assessment report", including
calculated power reduction, must be handed over to MAN ES along with the purchase order, at the
latest.

The installation is conditioned on availability of minimum 4x1,5 mm2 type 1 spare cable between the
PCS cabinet and Main bridge.
If these cables are not available, it is the responsibility of the vessel / crew / owner to install the
required cabling (PCS cabinet to Main bridge). Furthermore, the hardware (push button), must be
installed prior to the attendance of the MAN Superintendent.

Superintendent for a maximum of two working days included. The superintendent assistance is only
related to EEXI software / hardware installation and test.
Waiting time, travel and living expenses are not included.

MAN ES disclaims any changes to IMO regulations, and possible changes to the current calculated
overridable power limitation.

Furthermore, MAN ES disclaims any malfunctions caused by third party remote control system
interfaces, if any.
