    Dear Hon. Masinsin,

    My name is Joshua Nathaniel Quilatan, representative of a small production company called Pitik Films Co.
    Our company is known for producing inspirational short films that gathered more than 700M

    We are now ready to embark on a new journey to capture a larger audience. We are planning to release
    a full length motion picture this coming December 2023. The film is written and directed by our Director,
    Jiro Tejero. It will be distributed theatrically through SM Cinemas nationwide and through digital platforms
    like Netflix, iWant TV, Amazon Prime Videos and KTX internationally.

    The film is entitled, “Piring”. Piring follows the story of a part-time magician, Jiro, who suffers from a mental
    health condition. As Jiro’s grip on reality slowly slips, his past and his present intertwined revealing the
    shocking truth he burried deep within.

    We are reaching out to you and the Municipality of Pililla to humbly ask for your assistance to make this
    film possible. We were endorsed by “Tita Ineng Atienza” to make this film a tool for promoting Pililla as a
    hidden tourist gem in Rizal. With the expected audience reach of this movie, it would be the best
    opportunity to promote and advertise Pililla, Rizal.

    We are aiming to start the shooting date this coming September 11, 2023 up to September 17, 2023. I
    have attached the shooting itinerary for your perusal. Also, enclosed in this letter are the list of
    requirements we will be needing your support with. Any kind of help and support you could provide us
    during the shooting of this film will be highly appreciated. The people behind “Piring” would like to thank
    you in advance for your hospitality.

    We look forward to this mutually beneficial endeavor between Pitik Films Co and The Municipality of Pililla.

    OUR REQUIREMENTS

    1. We would like to get permission to shoot on the following Pililla’s public location:
    a. Oval (Municipal Plaza)
    b. Brgy. Malaya, Quezon Street
    c. Diocesan Shrine and Parish of St. Mary Magdalene
    d. Inside the Municipality (any office-looking room)

    I have attached our shooting itinerary for your reference.

    2. We would like to check the possibility of borrowing tents and generator during our shoot.

    3. We would also like to check the possibility of quickly filming inside the prison (hallway part only).

    4. We would also like to check the possibility of renting a fire truck for 2 hours.

    5. Lastly, we would like to check if there is a possibility of providing security personnel for us during
    our shoot on public locations.
