3 300 Gm Sugar
4 400 Gm Brown Sugar
5 200 Gm Liquid Glucose
6 200 Gm Milk Powder

Cooking Method:
Bit egg yolks like foam and set a side. Boil milk, whipping cream, sugar, brown sugar,
glucose, Milk powder together. Then add with egg yolks. Bring it cool. Then put in ice cream machine for 45 to
50 min. When ice cream is ready take out in a ice cream mold. On top caramel syrup and crushed brown sugar
for garnish.

2 2 Ltr Liquid milk
3 600 gm Sugar
4 200 gm Glucose
6 50 ml Vanilla essence
Cooking Method:
Boil whipping cream , liquid milk, Sugar, glucose together and set a side. Bit egg yolk like foam and add with
cream mixture. Make the mixture cool. Put the mixture in to ice cream machine for 45 to 50 min. When ice
cream is ready take out and keep in ice cream mold.

Cooking Method:
Bit egg yolks like foam and set a side. Boil milk, whipping cream, milk powder, sugar, strawberry puree, essence,
glucose. Add with egg mixture. Bring it cool. Then put the mixture in to the machine for 45 to 50 min.

Cooking Method: Bit cheese with sugar in a mixing bowl. Add sugar. Add egg yolks. Add gelatin. Add semi
whipping cream. So the mixture is ready. Bring a round mold and put a slice of thin sponge. Put half of mix in
the mold. Then put bambini cookies with coffee syrup. Then put the half mix in to the mold then put inside of
the freezer for 3 hours. Serve with coco powder dust.

cooking Method: Bit cheese with sugar in a mixing bowl. Add sugar. Add egg yolks. Add gelatin. Add semi
whipping cream. So the mixture is ready. Bring a round mold and put a slice of thin sponge. Put half of mix in
the mold. Then put some crushed Oreo cookies. Then the rest of the mixture on top. keep in the freezer for 3
hours. Serve with Oreo cookies for decoration.

Cooking Method: Bit eggs, sugar. Add flour, coco powder, baking powder, vanilla essence. Put the mixture in to butter glazed and
flour dust mold and bake it 170*c. So the chocolate sponge is ready. Make it cool. For making cake Slice the sponge. Give sugar syrup
and put the chocolate filling inside. Cover the cake with chocolate cream also. Then put ganache on top.

COOKING METHOD: In a mixing bowl mix cheese and sugar. Add eggs slowly. Then add flour. Vanilla essence,
Vanilla ice cream and mix well slowly. When the mixture is ready then take out and set a side. Now make ready
the mold by using cookies and butter dough. Put the cheese cake mixture in the mold. Put some black cherries
in the mixture and bake it. Use water on tray while baking. Bake at 150*c for 60 to 70 min. When cake is baked,
then take out from oven and make it cool for 3 hours. Serve with blueberry topping.

and make it cool. On top cheese mixture piping then cinnamon powder dust on top.
