    Article 1: Products, model, quality & price

    Article 3. Time & Place of delivery:

    Party A shall dispatch the products orderd hereunder and deliver these to the party B at
    ShenZhen port within 30 days since the date of signing the contract Term of delivery.

    Article 4. *) Rights & obligations of Party A:

    + Deliver right quantity, quanlity, models, time & location to the party B.

    + Provide all export documents to the Party B.

    + Be reponsibe for 2 years warranty support.

    + Get money as agreed in the article 3 of the contract.

    *) Rights & obligations of Party B:

    + Take the products with quantity, quality, model, time and place accordingly of delivery by
    the parties A.

    + Pay in full and on time for the goods as mentioned in the contract.

    Article 5. General conditions:


    - Two Parties agree to observe all the terms and conditions herein. Any disputes thay may
    arise shall be resolved on the principle of equality and mutual benefit.

    - If no settlement is mutually agreed, these dispute shall be submitted to HO CHI MINH


    CITY Economic Court for resolution by Viet Nam law.

    - This contract shall be effective since the date of signing the contract. Any changes to this
    Contract shall be agreed on by the two Parties in writing with sealed.

    - This Contract is made in four copies of equal validity by English. Each party keeps 2 ones.
