largescale business customers. Synergy sells electricity to

corporation chartered by the Connecticut General Assembly
Project Description in 1929 to provide potable water and sewerage services on a
regional basis.

The MDC provides quality water supply, water pollution

control, mapping, and household hazardous waste collection
to eight member municipalities: Bloomfield, East Hartford,
Hartford, Newington, Rocky Hill, West Hartford, Wethersfield
and Windsor. Additionally, the MDC provides drinking water

The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust (OCWUT) is the

Project Description City’s Utilities Department which operates and maintains the
water, wastewater and solid waste utilities, and the Public
Works Department operates the drainage utility. It has a
customer base of 2.2 millions. The City provides retail and
wholesale water and waste water utilities services throughout
the metropolitan area and solid waste and drainage services
within the City limits. Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust has
five types of services which are: Water, Waste Water, Solid
waste, Storm water Drainage and Miscellaneous and three
categories of customers: Residential, Commercial and
Industrial. Implementation base is situated at Wellington.

 Resolving P1 and P2 ticket on priority and P3 tickets

on day basis as per SLA
Responsibilities  Coordinating weekly con-calls with counterpart
regarding knowledge transfer, new updates and
developments.
