    The process decision program chart (PDPC) is a


    new management planning tool that systematically
    identifies what could go wrong in a developing
    plan. Countermeasures are created to prevent or
    lessen these issues.

    malfunction occurs.
    CONCLUSION

    The process decision program chart may only find and address
    obvious problems, as well as certain issues may be ignored, but
    it is an effective way to be clear on some issues that might come
    up after a plan has been implemented. Because of its simplicity,
    a simple chart can be extremely useful. Potential problems are
    identified, and preventive measures or an emergency plan
    corresponding to the problem are developed. PDPC ensures that
    the best solution to a problem is found.
