RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 40,000.00) FOR
THE IMPROVEMENTS OF THE CLEANLINESS OF THE BARANGAY GALAS, DIPOLOG CITY.
WHEREAS, the Barangay Council had received a letter from Office of the City Environment
and Natural Resources regarding the Annual Search for the Cleanest and Greenest Barangay
Awards;
THEREFORE, on motion of SK Chairwoman Ma. Kate Ivory M. Cuenca and duly seconded by
Hon. Duaso and Hon. Bustaliñ o, be it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, allocating the amount of forty thousand pesos
(Php 40,000.00) for the improvements of the cleanliness of the Barangay Galas, Dipolog City;
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the Barangay Officials of Galas
and other concerned offices for their information and guidance.

RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY THREE
AND TWENTY CENTAVOS PESOS (PHP 6,843.20) FOR THE LEAVE CREDITS OF FORMER
BARANGAY SECRETARY MS. ELMI GRACE S. BANSE.
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Maria Merlita A. Duaso and was duly seconded by Hon.
Hon. Carpitanos, be it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, allocating the amount of six thousand eight
hundred forty three and twenty centavos pesos (Php 6,843.20) for the leave credits of former
barangay secretary Ms. Elmi Grace S. Banse.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to Ms. Elmi Grace S. Banse, the
Barangay Officials of Galas and other concerned offices for their information and guidance.

RESOLUTION ALLOCATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP 155,000.00) FOR THE ADDITIONAL HANDHELD RADIOS AND TWO ANDROID PHONES
TO BE USED IN IMPLEMENTING S-PASS IN THE BARANGAY HALL GALAS, DIPOLOG CITY.
WHEREAS, there is a surge rise of number of Covid-19 cases daily within the province;
WHEREAS, to lessen the health risk to the barangay staffs due to the covid-19.
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Juvinal Z. Bustaliñ o and duly seconded by Hon. Maria
Merlita A. Duaso and Hon. Merel Z. Osorio, be it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, allocating the amount of one hundred fifty five
thousand pesos (Php 155,000.00) for the additional handheld radios and two android phones to be
used in implementing s-pass in the barangay hall Galas, Dipolog City;

INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS AT SITIO TUBOD GOING TO SITIO SOUTH BAYBAY.
WHEREAS, there is an appropriated funds allocated for it.
WHEREAS, for the benefit of the well-being of the residents of our barangay.
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Artemio B. Timonan and duly seconded by Hon. Merel Z.
Osorio be it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved, allocating the amount of four hundred nine
thousand one hundred sixty two and eight centavos pesos (Php 409,162.80) for the installation of
solar street lights at Sitio Tubod going to Sitio South Baybay;

THE ROAD CONCRETING AT SITIO PARAISO GALAS, DIPOLOG CITY.
WHEREAS, the breakdown of estimated expenditure for labor (man days) is two hundred
fifty-three thousand pesos (Php 253,000.00) and for materials is six hundred sixty-three thousand
four hundred sixty-seven pesos (Php 663,467.00);
WHEREAS, in equipment expenses for rental is sixty-four thousand five hundred pesos
(Php 64,500.00) and Fuel and oil is seventeen thousand one hundred sixty pesos (Php 17,160.00)
and one thousand eight hundred seventy-three pesos (Php 1,873.00) for contingencies;
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Merel Z. Osorio and unanimously seconded by the body, be
it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolves, allocating the amount of one million pesos (Php
1,000,000.00) for the road concreting at Sitio Paraiso Galas, Dipolog City.

THE GASOLINE OF ROAD REHABILITATION AT SITIO BAGACAYAN ROAD GOING TO OLINGAN
ROAD; SITIO BAGACAYAN ROAD GOING TO SITIO LOWER BANICAPT ROAD; SITIO PARAISO
ROAD AND SITIO SOUTH BAYBAY ROAD FROM VIDAL RESIDENCE GOING TO ABITONA
RESIDENCE.
WHEREAS, the council observed that plenty of roads within Barangay Galas is in need of
rehabilitation.
THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Eutiquio L. Carpitanos and duly seconded by Hon. Duaso,
be it;
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolves, allocating the amount of fifty thousand pesos
(Php 50,000.00) for the gasoline of road rehabilitation at Sitio bagacayan road going Olingan road;
Sitio Bagacayan road going to Sitio Lower Banicapt road; Sitio Paraiso road and Sitio South Baybay
road from Vidal residence going to Abitona residence.
