Postres:

BananaCacao Cake

Makes about 40 pairs

> ¾ Cup Oil


> 3-4 Cups Mashed Bananas
> 1 Cup Chopped Panela

● Mix together in a bowl

> 3 Chia Eggs (3 spoons chia seeds with 9 spoons of water. Soak for 5 minutes)
> 2 Spoons Cinnamon
> Pinch Salt
>½ Cup Oat Milk
> 1 Cup Ground Cacao (wet)
> 5 Cups Flour
> 1 Spoon Baking Powder

● Mix all the ingredients


● Strain into the mixture and mix gently
● Cook in dutch oven for 1 hour

Lemon Cake Brownies

For 25 pieces

> 3 Cups flour


> 1 Tablespoon Bicarbonate
> 3 Cups Brown Sugar or 1 Cup Panela Syrup
> 4 Eggs or 3-4 Ripe Bananas
> 8 Tablespoon Lemon (lemon juice)
> 2 Cups Veggie Oil

For make the Cream

> 2 Cups Powdered Sugar


> 12 Tablespoon Lime Juice

● Mix oil, sugar, eggs/bananas, lime juice


● Add dry ingredients and mix well
● Bake in dutch oven
● Let it well + prepare cream
● Put in freezer so cream can solidify
Carrot Cake

> 2 Cups Flour


> 2 Tablespoon Bicarbonate
>½ Tablespoon Salt
> 2 Tablespoon Ci
> 1 ¼ Cups Oil
> 1 Cup Sugar
>½ Cup Panela Syrup
> 4 Bananas
> 3 Cups Grated Carrots
> 1 Cup Chopped Nuts

● Mix Oil, Sugar, Panela Syrup and the Bananas first


● Then mix all the ingredients together
● Bake over low flame in dutch oven

Banana Bread

> 3-4 Bananas


> ⅖ Cups Oat
>1 ⅕ Cups Oat Milk
> ½ Cup Panela Syrup
> ½ Tablespoon Bicarbonate
> 3-4 Cinnamon
Soft Drinks:

Detox Smoothie

> 1 Cup Frozen Banana


> 2 Cm cube of Ginger
>⅓ Cooked Chaya Leaves

● Mix and make 2 cups

>¾ Cup of Water


>½ Cup of Ice

● Blend all in blender


● Serve with ice
● Chaya leaves must be boiled for 10-20 mins first. Otherwise they're toxic

Coconut Lemonade

Make for (2) persons

> 3 Lemons Cut


> 3 Shots of Coconut Cream
> 1 Glass Water
>1 ½ Glass of Ice
>½ Tablespoon of Sugar

● Mix all the ingredients in the Blender


● Blend for 20-30 seconds

Pineapple Juice

> 1 Whole Pineapple


> 2 Tablespoon Sugar
> 1 Cup Ice

● Cut the pineapple into pieces


● Add it to the blender
● Then complete the blender with water, sugar and ice
● Blend for 1 minute
● Strain it and store it in the fridge

You can follow these steps and make juices with other fruits (Mango, Guanabana,
Banana, Star Fruit, Watermelon) You can even make a Tropical Juice by mixing the
fruits
Trinidad Sagrada (The Perfect Trio)

> 1 Cup of Sandia (Watermelon) Juice


>½ Lemon Juice
> 1 Tablespoon of Mint
> Ice

● Mix the ingredients in the blender


● Then strain it to avoid mint impurities in the drink
● Serve with a little ice and if you want garnish with mint

Kombucha (Serve)

● Find Kombucha in the fridge in wine bottles. Should be labeled


● Serve in a normal glass but not completely
● Add ice and serve

Cacao Drink Preparation

> 1 Cup full of ground Cacao


>½ Cup of Sugar or Panela
> Fill to max with water

● Add all the ingredients in the blender


● Blend for 8 minutes, until a small sediment forms on top
● When it is ready you have to strain it up to 3 times to avoid all the sediment possible
● Add the liquid in clean wine bottles and label it (CACAO)
● Serve in normal glasses with a little ice

Cacao Espresso Martini (Preparation)

> Panela Syrup (2 parts panela / 1 part water, cook until it will be thick and viscous)
> Coffee Cacao : 1 part strong espresso coffee and 1 part strong cacao shell tea
— To make the cacao shell tea you have to boil the cacao shells (in a pot full of water add
2 handsfull of cacao shells) for 20/30 minutes until it has a strong dark color.

When the espresso coffee and the cacao shell tea are ready, all that remains is to strain
them to remove residues and mix them
Oat Milk

> 1 Cup (medium sized) oats


> 1 Pinch of Salt
>½ Tablespoon of cinnamon
> Water

● Add the ingredients to the blender


● Fill the blender with water
● Blend well
● Strain through a fine sieve
● Makes 2 bottles

Iced Coffee

>¾ Cup Cold Strong Coffee


>½ Cup Ice
>¼ Spoon of Panela Sirup

● Shake in cocktail shake


● Add ice to cup
● ⅕ cup of oat milk to serve
Cockteles:
BBC

Make for (1) person

> 1 ½ Shot Rum


> 1 Shot Baileys / Crema de Whiskey
> ¾ Banana
> ⅓ Cup Water
> ½ Cup Ice
> ⅔ Tablespoon of Coconut Cream

● Blend for 20 seconds


● Pour into serving cup ( add ice if necessary)

Piña Margarita

Single Serve:

Make for (1) person Make for Full Moon Party

> 1 Small Glass of Pineapple Juice >11,000 ml Pineapple Juice


> 1 Shot Tequila >3,400 ml Tequila
>½ Shot Triple Sec >1,700 ml Triple Sec
> 1 Lemon (Juice) > 2,125 ml Lemon (Juice)
>½ Ice Small Cup

● Mix the ingredients in the cocktail shaker with a little ice


● Shake well for 20 seconds
● Serve with four ice cubes

Piña Colada

> 90 ml of Pineapple Juice


> 30 ml of Coconut Milk
> 30 ml of Rum
> ½ ml Triple sec
> ½ Cup Ice
> Mint Leaves

● Mix all the ingredients in the blender (not the mint leaves)
● Blend well for 30 seconds
● Serve and decorate with mint leaves
Paloma

> 1 Shot Tequila


> 330 ml Energy Drink [Radler]
> 1 Shot Lemon Juice (only if you use another refreshing drink that does not contain lemon)
> Lemon Slices
> Salt

● First decorate the glass with salt on the rim


● Add a little ice
● then in the glass add the ingredients and decorate with 1 slice of lemon

Passion Fruit Daiquiri

Makes 2 Cocktails

> 1 Passion Fruit (Split the yellow fruit in half and pour out the fruity contents)
> 3 ½ Shots Rum
>½ Shot Triple Sec
>⅕ Tablespoons Sugar
> 2 Shots Water
> 1 Lemon (Juice)
> 1 Glass Ice

● Blend all
● when serving the drink make sure to divide the cocktail between 2 glasses equally
● Add ice

Sam’s Margarita

Make for (1) person

> 1 Shot de Tequila


> 1 Shot of Triple Sec 10% vol.
> 2 Whole Juice Lemon
> 1 Tablespoon of Sugar or Panela Syrup
> 1 Cup of Ice

● Put all the ingredients in the blender


● Blend for 20 seconds
● Decorate the glass with salt on the rim
● Fill the cup with mixture. Add ice if needed.
● Cut a lime wheel and add to rim
Naughty Chocolisto

> 1 Small Glass of Cacao Drink


> 1 Shot Baileys
> 2 Shots Rum
> Ice

● Mix the ingredients in the cocktail shaker with a little ice


● Shake for 20 seconds
● Serve!

Mojito

Make for (1) person

> 1 Shot of Rum


> 1 Shot of Triple Sec
> ½ Juiced Lime
> 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
> 1 Handful of Mint
> ⅓ Cup Ice
> 2 Shot Water

● Add following ingredients to a cup


● Shake for 10 seconds
● Garnish with mint stalk
● Add more ice if necessary

Pornstar Martini

> 2 Shot Vodka


> 1 Whole Passion Fruit
>½ Lime Juice
>½ Tablespoon of Sugar or Panela Syrup
> 3 Shots of water
>½ Cup of Ice

● Put following ingredients into a Blender


● Blend
● If egg whites are available, add mixture to the shaker with 1 whole egg.
● Shake hard
● Serve in cup with ice
*Can use Mango or Pineapple instead*
Espresso Martini

> 1 Shot of Vodka


> 1 Shot of Coffee Liqueur or Baileys
> 1 Shot of Espresso
> 1 Shot of Panela Syrup or 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
> ⅓ A cup of Water
> Ice

● Add following ingredients into Blender


● Blend!
● Pour into cup and add ice if necessary
● sprinkle with a small pinch of cacao powder
● Otra occión es con Tequila y Canela

Cacao Espresso Martini

Single Serve: 14 L Party Tub

> 40 ml Cacao Rum or Normal Rum > 3,400 ml Cacao Rum or Normal Rum
> 20 ml Colombia Coffee Liqueur > 1,700 ml Colombia Coffee Liqueur
> 5 ml Panela Syrup > 425 ml Panela Syrup
> 100 ml Coffee Cacao > 8,500 ml Coffee Cacao

● To serve 1 espresso martini you just shake in the cocktail shaker with a little ice

Long Island Iced Tea

> 1 Tablespoon of Sugar


> 1 Shot Lemon Juice
> 1 Shot Tequila> 1 Shot Rum
> 1 Shot Ginebra
> Top of CocaCola

> Hice
> Lemon Slices
> Mint

● Before making this drink you first have to chill the big cup in the fridge
● Add all the ingredients in the shaker in order as seen in the recipe
● Shake with ice
● Serve in a big glass, decorate with lemon slices and mint
Mimosa

For make 1 cup

>½ Cup of Champagne


>½ Cup of Orange Juice
> Hice

● You just have to mix in a frozen glass 1/2 part of champagne and 1/2 part of orange
juice
● Mix with a spoon and serve with a little ice

CacaoRum Shots

> 1 L Rum
> 1 Cup of Cacao Shells
> 1 Cup of Toasted Cacao Nibs (Crushed)

● First you have to find a 1⅕ L container


● Put all the ingredients into container
● Leave in container in the fridge for 48 hours, it needed
● Strain and rebottle
● Serve in shots glasses
Wine:

Wine Service

We have only 3 choices:

> Red Wine


> White Wine
> Rosé Wine

● Red wine serve at room temperature


● White / Rosé find an open bottle in the fridge or open a new bottle
● Measure a cup using the clear plastic cup labeled "Wine/Vino"
● Pour into a small cup (if no ice)
● Pour into a normal cup (if they want ice)
● If they want a bottle open the bottle and ask how many cups they want

Champagne

● We sell champagne by the bottle

***If someone buys any wine ask if they would like to keep their bottle in our fridge (not the
red wine)***
