Postres:
BananaCacao Cake
> 3 Chia Eggs (3 spoons chia seeds with 9 spoons of water. Soak for 5 minutes)

>½ Cup Oat Milk
> 1 Cup Ground Cacao (wet)
> 5 Cups Flour
> 1 Spoon Baking Powder

You can follow these steps and make juices with other fruits (Mango, Guanabana,
Banana, Star Fruit, Watermelon) You can even make a Tropical Juice by mixing the
fruits

> Panela Syrup (2 parts panela / 1 part water, cook until it will be thick and viscous)
> Coffee Cacao : 1 part strong espresso coffee and 1 part strong cacao shell tea
— To make the cacao shell tea you have to boil the cacao shells (in a pot full of water add
2 handsfull of cacao shells) for 20/30 minutes until it has a strong dark color.
When the espresso coffee and the cacao shell tea are ready, all that remains is to strain
them to remove residues and mix them

● Mix all the ingredients in the blender (not the mint leaves)
● Blend well for 30 seconds

Makes 2 Cocktails
> 1 Passion Fruit (Split the yellow fruit in half and pour out the fruity contents)

● Blend all
● when serving the drink make sure to divide the cocktail between 2 glasses equally

● To serve 1 espresso martini you just shake in the cocktail shaker with a little ice

● Before making this drink you first have to chill the big cup in the fridge
● Add all the ingredients in the shaker in order as seen in the recipe
● Shake with ice
● Serve in a big glass, decorate with lemon slices and mint

● You just have to mix in a frozen glass 1/2 part of champagne and 1/2 part of orange
juice
● Mix with a spoon and serve with a little ice
