SUMARY
I have a degree in Physical Education (2003) and a Master's degree in Human Motricity Science
from Castelo Branco University (2008) and a PhD in Biotechnology with a concentration in Applied
Biotechnology to Health and Public Health. I am a professional with 20 years of experience in the
fitness and sports market in personalized training, group training, sports training, combat sports,
team management, fitness companies, sports and team training. During this trajectory I specialized
in training for weight loss, for the improvement and recovery of the health of people with special
needs, in this context with special attention in the elderly population with metabolic diseases and,
currently, in intervention for the recovery of the "Long COVID-19" which has been a pioneering and
quite challenging work due to the scarcity of literature to base the prescription of exercise.
