Objective 5: - To analysis the effect on Social and Economic conditions of rural people of
Bundelkhand region U.P. from financial of RRB’s in food processing units. [From

1. Because of FPU’s, there is improvements of overall quality of lives.

2. Because of FPU’s, we became capable to purchase land.

3. Because of FPU’s, we became capable to purchase house.

4. Because of FPU’s, I am able to educate Self/Children

5. Because of FPU’s, we purchased the electronic gadgets for communication and other assets
for better living.

6. Because of FPU’s, we became capable to purchase vehicles (As a means of transport two-
wheeler).

7. Because of FPU’s, we became capable to purchase vehicles (As a means of transport four-
wheeler)

8. Because of FPU’s, we got income from House rent (Employees of such establishments are
staying in nearby areas of locality)

9. Because of FPU’s, I can generate good income from my Shop/Dairy/Food Products.

1. Our locality has good Primary health facilities because of these establishments.

2. My locality having good road transportation facilities because of these establishments.

3. My locality having appropriate electricity supply because of these establishments.

Employment Opportunities [EO]


1. Closeness to the establishment offered alternative sources of employment which reduced our
dependence on landlords and the need to work as bonded labourers.

2. These establishments are, generating awareness for policies and programs initiated to
enhance well-being and employment opportunities in accordance with skills and abilities.

3. Dependency on Agriculture is being reduced

4. Because of these establishments the unemployment rate is reduced

Education/Skills [ES]

1. My locality having good educational facilities because of these establishments.

2. Due to these establishments some training centres and the curriculum and instructional strategies
are implemented, which help the community to overcome technological challenges.
