ABSTRACT
The objective of the project was to identify the customer satisfaction towards fruits and vegetables at Spencers Daily .As a part of my study I have taken survey at five Spencers daily outlet.
The research was conducted through collection of primary and secondary data .Secondary data collected through visiting various websites, Spencers magazine and other reliable sources. Primary data collected through the customers.
The sampling technique used for this study was probability sampling and the sample size was 250 across five stores. The tool which I used to analysis the data was percentage method and the datas were put in tabular form as well as in chart form also. From the research we found that 20% of the customers are dissatisfied with the quality but 80% of the customers are satisfied with cost of goods.
