    The disadvantages of the Internet are more important for people in many ways. First of all,
    using the internet for long hours may lead to some physical problems. For instance, when a
    person sits in front of the computer for a long time, s/he can have a backache. In addition, due to
    this exposure, the person might have poor eyesight because his/her eyes get exhausted. Another
    major drawback of the internet is that people may experience social problems. People being
    constantly on the internet become less sociable in real life because most of the time they stay in
    touch with others online. As a result, they feel isolated from real life, and they experience
    loneliness. Eventually, safety issues can be a further downside of using the internet. Coming
    across unreliable or illegal materials is always possible for the users of the internet. For example,
    illegal economic transactions are often on the internet, and the people might face these kinds of
    things. In addition, there are so many untrustworthy people online, and this can be dangerous for
    the users. To sum up, spending a long time on the Internet negatively affects many factors of life
    such as physical, social and safety issues.
