NOTIFICATION for Slot-2 Makeup/Re-End Examinations

Registration for slot-2 Makeup/Re-End Exams for the AY 2022-23

The following are the guidelines for the registration of makeup / Re-end examinations (All
courses Except Final Year courses) for the AY 2022-23
● The makeup / Re-end examinations are scheduled from 19th July 2023.
● All students who have secured ‘F’ grade are eligible to appear in Makeup examinations.
● All students who have secured ‘I’ grade are eligible to appear for the Re-End exam.
● Students who have secured ‘R’ grade are NOT eligible to appear for makeup/re-end
exam.
● Those students who are interested in appearing for the makeup/Re-End examinations
can register by paying the registration fee of Rs. 1,000/- per subject. If a student wishes
to register for more than one subject, he/she has to register multiple times. The online
payment and subject registration link is given below:

● The last date of registration is 16-07-2023, 4:00 PM (Sunday).


● The timetable for the Makeup/Re-end examinations will be finalized after the registration
of makeup exams (18-07-2023)
● All the students are advised to be very careful while filling the form, especially while
filling course name and course code.
● The students who were not promoted to III year due to lack of credits are supposed to
migrate to the new curriculum. Hence, they are advised to take the help of the faculty
coordinator regarding the subjects to be registered.
● Examination branch is not responsible for any wrong entry by the students.
● First year BTech students are advised to do the registration of II sem subjects (if got “F’
or “I’ grade) immediately after the announcements of results. The time available
between announcement of II sem results and makeup examinations registration would
be very less.
● If any student does wrong registration with respect to the subject code, subject name,
choosing wrong curriculum, he/she will be held responsible. If the registration is found
wrong even after announcement of results, the Institute will not be responsible and
results of those wrong registrations may be withdrawn.
