• Open the choke manifold, full open.

• Start to fill the oil line passing through the oil manifold if applicable, and perform a
dynamic test on the line going to the flare pit. Check flare line for leaks.
• Start to fill the gas line via gas by pass and perform a dynamic test on the line going to the
flare pit. Check flare line for leaks.
• Start fill up the separator if necessary, by pumping water up to flare pit via gas outlet,
check flare line if found any leaking.
• Start to fill the lines going to the surge tank. Perform a dynamic test on the lines.
• If applicable pressure test oil and gas manifold valves up to 1000 psi for 15 minutes.
• Start pressure test separator if necessary, to 1000 psi for 15 minutes.
• Close inlet and Separator bypass valve, bleed off Separator pressure by gas outlet valve.
• Pressure test inlet valve Separator to 1000 psi for 15 minutes.
• Close downstream Choke Manifold and bleed off inlet Separator.
• Pressure test downstream Choke Manifold to 2500 psi or as required for 15 minutes.
• Close upstream Choke Manifold and bleed off downstream.
• Pressure test upstream Choke Manifold to 5000 psi or as required for 15 minutes.
• Close SSV and bleed off upstream choke Manifold.
• Pressure test SSV to 5000 or as per required psi for 15 minutes.
• Bleed off pressure.
• Pressure test steps should be recorded by pressure recorder and must be witnessed by
Client representative.
• End of Pressure test.

Note: Bleed off pressure first before tightening any leak connection during pressure test.

Clean up
1. Preparation
1.1. Make sure all equipment suitable for acid job (if acidizing conducted before).
1.2. To minimize the risk, all non-essential personnel should be denied access. For the personnel who are
working in the testing area, optimum PPE should be taken.
1.3. All lines connected from wellhead to flare pit have been pressure tested.
1.4. An emergency shower should be made available.
1.5. Escape route should be free obstacle. Muster point must to be defined.
1.6. Function test ESD stations and control panel prior any Well Test operation.
1.7. Hold safety meeting. Ensure good communication is in place, radio check if applicable.

2. Acidizing Clean up
2.1. During pumping acid close flow wing valve and upstream Choke Manifold and monitor the pressure.
2.2. After stop pumping find out the volume of liquid pumped into the well.
2.3. Bypass Separator to flare pit.

2.4. Open the well through adjustable choke with small size (8/64”) and increase gradually as required.
2.5. During clean up take BS&W, pH and salinity every 30 minutes, H2S and CO2 every 2 hours or as
required.
2.6. When wellhead pressure and temperature stable and measurement of BS&W, pH, salinity already as
per requested (sediment ≤ 3%, pH ≥ 7). End of clean up and report to company representative.

3. Natural flow Clean up (without Coiled Tubing lifting)

3.1. Open SSV and keep upstream Choke Manifold closed.
3.2. Bypass separator to flare pit.
3.3. Open wellhead slowly and record pressure at Choke Manifold.
3.4. Flow through adjustable choke start from small size (8/64”) and increase gradually as required (or
follow test program from Testing Engineer).
3.5. Measure BS&W, pH and salinity every 30 minutes, H2S and CO2 every 2 hours or as required.
3.6. When wellhead pressure and temperature stable and measurement of BS&W for at least 2-3 hours, pH,
salinity already as per requested (sediment ≤ 3%, pH ≥ 7). End of clean up and report to company
representative.
4. Clean up with Coiled Tubing nitrogen lifting
4.1. Open SSV and keep upstream Choke Manifold closed.
4.2. Bypass separator to flare pit.
4.3. When starting pumping nitrogen flow through adjustable choke with size as required or follow the
program from company representative. Good communication with Coiled Tubing personnel should be
conducted and record the pumping rate of nitrogen and depth.
4.4. Monitor the return at surface from Choke Manifold. If only gas will arrive to surface, stop pumping for
15-20 minutes and monitor wellhead pressure, if it will rise and oil will arrive, proceed with clean up
procedure as describe for natural flow clean up. If the well still not flowing follow instruction from the
program or company representative request.
4.5. Switch flow to surge tank for the estimated rate measurement. Be aware of the downstream choke
pressure to be not over the working pressure of Surge Tank.
4.6. Measure oil gravity and collect sample as required.
4.7. Dump fluid in Surge tank before end of test to flare pit.

Production Test
1. Preparation
1.1. Make sure clean up phase is properly done.
1.2. Switch flow through fixed choke with the size as requested or program from Testing Engineer.
1.3. Continue measure BS&W, pH and salinity every 30 minutes, H2S and CO2 every 2 hours or as
required at Choke Manifold.
2. Operation
2.1. Switch flow through separator, set pressure and level as required by keeping critical flow
(upstream pressure ≥ 0,5% downstream pressure in gas wells, and ≥ 0,6% in oil wells).

1. Preparation
1.1. Make sure flow wing valve (and annulus valve) are closed.
