Introduction

Recognizing one's talents and limitations across all three domains will foster individual

progress, career advancement, and an elevated sense of pleasure and happiness. Based on my

indigo report, I will depict and emphasize my character in this document. In addition, studies reveal

that top performers demonstrate a collective quality: self-awareness. They have the skill to

perceive situations, ultimately leading to success quickly. With this tailored and comprehensive

DISC and Motivators joint report, I am equipped with the resources to aid me in becoming an

enhanced version of myself.

DISC STYLES

The DISC model has caught my attention because it is straightforward, useful, and

memorable. The four distinct styles—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious - are

determined using directness and openness scales. I can grasp my style using this system,

acknowledge and modify it according to different styles, and enhance my communication skills. I

can make the following observations by obtaining knowledge about my own DISC styles from the

report.
3

The top three skills based on my Indigo/TriMetrix DNA Assessment are depicted below:

With my independence and creativity in thinking, possessing the skill to motivate and

inspire people. I believe in my capacity to effectively work with teammates and attain desired

results, and being acknowledged publicly is what I desire for the achievements I make. I appreciate

chances to cultivate connections and form groups, and I take pleasure in the difficulty of handling

people. I feel at ease providing verbal and nonverbal feedback that promotes transparency from

others. Whenever I hold strong beliefs on a matter, you can expect me to voice them loudly, and

it is clear that my enthusiasm shines through when sharing my opinions. I flourish in environments

that prioritize quick decision-making, and I fearlessly take charge and make decisions during

critical moments without losing my calmness (Carranza et al., 2022). Creating relationships brings

me joy, and acquiring the confidence of others to bolster group backing. Praise and power enliven

me and I flourish in scenarios that involve values, opinions, emotions, and feelings. My reliance

is based on intuition, and I savor the autonomy of limited supervision.

Driving Forces and Motivators

Eduard Spranger initially proposed six major categories: Theoretical-based, Utility-driven,

Aesthetic, Socially-oriented, Self-centered, and Traditional (Spranger, 1928). These motivations

reflect what we are passionate about, our cherished beliefs and principles, and our sources of

direction and purposefulness. Consequently, Constructing the Driving Forces involved

considering both ends of each motivator on a continuum. Sadly, countless individuals journey

through life without being enlightened about their driving forces. The driving forces connected to

these keywords encompass Knowledge, Usefulness, and Environment. Hence, I have to prioritize
4

engagements and callings connected to my most powerful driving forces. The desire is what drives

me to raise productivity and competence. Various goals inspire and drive my motivation, and I

will work endlessly to accomplish them. I am further driven to be both meticulous and inventive.

In order to achieve productive outcomes, I observe people's unhappiness as an aid to accomplishing

fruitful results. I can make people around me feel relaxed, enhancing our overall advancement. If

I firmly believe in a circumstance, I will embrace the belief that "the result validates the actions."

This idea motivates me to steer my future and affect those around me.

Explaining the significance of these results for me

The assessment report regarding myself holds great significance for me as it has alerted me

to the areas that necessitate developing my management and personal skills. The report has pointed

out words that address my ability to solve problems., the approach I take when influencing

individuals, my capacity for acclimating to diverse surroundings, and my compliance with the

rules and regulations set out by others. With this fresh perspective, I can pinpoint any deficiencies

in my skill sets, enhance my abilities accordingly, discover situations that offer me the greatest

possibilities for success, and better understand my strengths and weaknesses to implement the

necessary improvements.

Things I will do differently to improve my productivity

Productivity often involves maximizing the outcome with less time and effort. We want to

become productive by seeking a way. Our objective is to both achieve goals and make time.

Spending time on what truly matters is our priority (Lippsmeyer & Langemeier, 2023).

Cluttered Desk: Too often, I forgo organizing & filing in favor of quick access, needing a system

for organizing info/materials hindering productivity. To address these issues, handling mail once,
5

setting storage/retrieval systems, disposing of irrelevant mail, and limiting project material and

time will help declutter my desk.

Long Lunches: Conversations often derail me from time constraints, and I use them for

networking & avoiding unpleasant tasks. To avoid this, I set a specific lunch time & end it

promptly, having meetings in the office & right after lunch.

Procrastination: Set clear goals, prioritize, break large projects into small steps, and consider the

consequences of not getting them done (Lippsmeyer & Langemeier, 2023).

Inability to Say No: Realistically evaluate time available, understand limitations, and say no to

people/tasks that do not support priorities.

Poor Filing System: Set up a cataloging system, use cross-referencing indexes, and computerize

info for better organization.

Strongest areas of my personality

The followings are the areas of my strength; I make good use of these strengths when

portraying myself in job interviews, during teamwork, and college applications for office

assignments and extracurricular engagements.

• At work, I prioritize fun and variety above everything else. Quickly and effectively, I react to

new difficulties (Nguyen, 2023).

• Trustworthiness, Flexibility, persistence, and understanding are positive aspects of my

personality.

• Leadership capability that entails me taking on the role of overseeing specific activities in several

sectors.
6

• Bravery and intelligence in handling difficult situations.

• Attentive when provided with precise data and statistics.

• Methodical and reliable researcher.

• Strong supporter, therefore, always willing to help.

• I consistently strive to move toward a greater cause.

Weakest areas of my personality

According to the assessment results, here are some areas of weakness in my character.

• Judging people, especially friends or colleagues, is where I tend to be unrealistic.

• Sometimes, I lack focus on the particulars (Manson et al., 2023).

• On occasion, I become so enthusiastic that it can be seen as superficial.

• I act impulsively, heart over mind, especially if security is not observed to be threatened.

• I trust people easily.

PART TWO

Impact of my skills on my career

The skills that I possess significantly influenced my professional journey. My skills

enabled me to go after an occupation that aligns with my preferences and matches my personal

traits. I utilize my abilities in areas like Self-Initiation, Originality, and Ingenuity, Making

Decisions, Adaptability, Strategic Planning, Personal Responsibility, Diplomacy/Tact, Influencing

Others, Problem-Solving, Goal Orientation, Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Project

Management, Appreciating Others, Understanding Others, Conflict Management, Time and

Priority Management, Conceptual Thinking, Flexibility, Teamwork, Futuristic Thinking,

Mentoring/Coaching, Negotiation, and People Advocacy in order to succeed at my current job.

The way I take personal responsibility has shown significant value in difficult scenarios that

require maintaining customer confidentiality. Upon receiving confidential information from a

customer unofficially, I managed to stay aware of my duty and inform my superior about the issue.

This emphasizes the value of sustaining my achievements for my current job.

My strongest and weakest traits

My top qualities are problem-solving and flexibility, which are essential for reaching my

personal and career aspirations. My strong drive makes me save time and effort when pursuing my

objectives. Considering that those who remain focused and work hard are often the most

successful, I make it a point to exert maximum effort. I always strive to give my full effort. This

has enabled me to obtain various achievements in my life and career. I must improve my critical

thinking, diplomacy, and my capacity to impact others using my thoughts.

PART 3

I am currently focusing on improving my networking and personal relation-building skills;

developing these abilities will positively impact me professionally and personally. I am crafting a

personal development plan with SMART goals encompassing Specific, Measurable, Achievable,

and Time-Bound qualities. To ensure that I continue to improve my traits that need attention, I

have outlined five steps below that I will incorporate into my daily routine:

Step 1: Specific
8

Improving Networking Skill

Before responding, I will contemplate the circumstances and what is being targeted. Later,

I will form social links by networking and purposeful socializing before determining when and

how to articulate my standpoint.

Step 2: Measurable

Increase Publicity

I will ensure that I am obtaining sufficient referrals from the circles I have joined; I will

establish my website displaying my personal information and specialized knowledge to connect

with potential customers.

Step 3: Achievable

Setting Achievable Goals

I commit to personal growth and enhancing my quality of life by defining specific aims for

myself. I will actively increase involvement in group activities and ensure that I allocate enough

time to these.

Step 4: Relevant

Online Appearance

Online networking is undeniably important, and a wide range of approaches exist.

Regarding social media, every popular platform is excellent. I choose to set up a LinkedIn and

Facebook representation.

Step 5: TimeBound
9

Setting A Time Frame in order to Attain my Objectives

I am giving myself 12 months to realize my aspiration of growing my network and

establishing connections with more people. Throughout the designated timeframe, I will strive to

attain a minimum of 90% completion of my set goals.

opportunities for personal and professional growth from this information. Ultimately, this will

enable me to attain a heightened state of satisfaction. Through the utilization of this report, I have

the opportunity to develop greater self-awareness and ascertain which facets of my personality can

success frequently possess self-awareness regarding their strengths and weaknesses. The report

that combines my DISC and Motivators results, personalized just for me, provides me with the

necessary resources and support to achieve my full potential.
