Print Maps: Maps can be printed after users select the Layout, Output Format (possible all formats), Resolution and Scale selector to print the map with map title option. 9. Geo-Portal should also host statistics computation tools to compute statistics on the fly on the layers loaded in the geoportal 10. OGC service integration: user can call WMS layers as a service and analyse data by overlaying with maps in atlas 11. The work should be completed within 6 (six) Months from the date of issue of formal order. 2. This is a two part bid consisting of Technical & Financial bids. The financial bids of the bidders whosetechnical bids are found valid and accepted will only be opened. 3. Security Deposit: 3% value of the order shall be deposited with MARSAC immediately from the date of receipt of Purchase Order towards Security Deposit in the form of Bank Guarantee ‘on Rs.100/- non- judicial stamp paper from a Nationalised/Scheduled Bank towards performance of the contract valid tll completion of the contract period plus sixty days. This will be returned by MARSAC on execution of the order satisfactorily as per order terms upon request received from the supplier. If the supplier fails to execute the order, then the Security Deposit will be forfeited without any further reference. 8. All disputes are to be settled within the jurisdiction of the High Court of Manipur. 9. The undersigned reserves the right to reject or accept any tender including the lowest one partly or wholly without assigning any reason or distribute the same to two or more Bidders if necessary. Bidder must update individual modules of the solution to the latest stable versions ensuring overall stability of the platform. Quoted price must be inclusive of support from the bidder in case of any defects or bugs in the software solution developed. Technical support will be on the product functionality, capability and usability of the software troubleshooting on the procured product will be done through email/phone/fax and through personal visits if the problems persist beyond the support through the above mode. Vendors should preferably have local support office for immediate support as and when required. 24X7 online facility on the web for problem reporting, MARSAC will not be responsible for any injury or loss to the contractor's personal caused at MARSAC site.
