    To whom it may concern,

    It is my pleasure to recommend Ms. Delaney Carone for an elementary teaching position in your district. I have
    had the opportunity to work with Delaney in my second grade classroom at Socastee Elementary School
    during her Student Teaching Internship for Coastal Carolina University.

    Delaney has an excellent rapport with students and staff. Her ability to connect with her students and her talent
    at teaching curriculum standards are truly impressive. Delaney provides support systems so that all children in
    her class are able to succeed. She is gifted at managing a classroom environment with learning being the top
    priority. She takes the time to ensure each student understands what is being taught and she is able to
    conference and assist the students who need extra support. Her knowledge of classroom content is extensive
    and she goes above and beyond to make sure that her lesson plans align with state standards. She takes the
    initiative to pre-plan lessons by making sure that they support student's various abilities. She is an active
    participant in team planning and is able to contribute fresh ideas to present content effectively. Delaney is very
    organized while still being flexible. She is collaborative, reliable, and motivated. Above all, Delaney values
    building relationships with her students. She would make a great addition to any school. It has truly been a
    pleasure to work with her.
