2. Yes, I do have experience, but I don’t have experience Video Editing in a Corporate Set-up, but I
welcome new experiences in a new environment with open arms.
3. Honestly, I am literally a beginner in this Virtual Assistance job. But I took an Online Course for
general virtual assistance via Lejit Academy that granted me a certification upon completion of
the course. I also do self-study with the help of google and youtube tutorials to further equip
myself sufficient knowledge on how to be a good Virtual Assistant.
4. I don’t have any clients as of the moment, I am currently on the hunt for my very first client, that
I am planning to work with for a long time.
5. I can work 40 hours a week excluding weekends, but I am willing to work overtime if needed.
6. I can work on your preferred time, but If you ask me, I prefer graveyard shift in our time,
because during those hours it is peaceful and quiet so I can focus more to the task at hand.
7. As mentioned in my resume, I own a small computer rentals business, I have 3 more desktop
computers that I can use in case of unfortunate situation occurs, so It won’t be affecting my
work.
8. *Integrity is a key trait that a Virtual Assistant or an employee in general to have essentially, be
honest in everything you do even if no one is checking up on you. *Perseverance is also a key
trait to have, never giving up on a difficult situation will bring out the best in you. *Patience can
be handy at all times to stay on track while doing a task at hand.
9. I love cycling. Honestly, I am a late bloomer on this hobby, I’m 28 when I learn to ride a bike. I
like to go on trips not so far away to visit new places I never imagined to go using a bicycle and
get to experience the beauty of nature. I also like to browse social media networking sites to be
updated to the latest news and trends.
10. My motivation is to be productive every day to achieve my goal as a brother to my siblings, a son
to my parents for me to give them the good things in life that they deserve, and as a person to
reach my full potential.
11. My Strength is I am dedicated to fulfill my role and accomplish the task at hand immediately, I
hate procrastinating and cramming, If I can do it now, why do it later? My weakness is I over-
exert myself, sometimes I can get enough sleep If I am fully aware that I have unfinished
business.
12. I respond as soon as I can or possible. But specifically speaking, I can respond within 24 hours,
Monday through Friday depending on the task I am currently accomplishing.
13. I have my main driver which is an i5 bearing laptop with 8gb of ram and 1gb of gpu. I am
currently using a postpaid plan by pldt a service provider here in Ph as my internet connection, I
have a prepaid wi-fi that I can use as a back-up. But if all else fails, I have a pocket wi-fi that can
accommodate any other network.
14. I am expecting clear instructions and regular communication at all times for us to set achievable
goals.
15. I mainly use Wondershare Filmora X when editing videos, because I am using this for almost 5
years doing editing jobs. I also use Adobe Premiere Pro Cs6, but it’s a bit laggy on my laptop, but
if given a proper equipment, using Adobe Premiere is a breeze for me.
16. Mainly because my contract has ended, they offer me extension and better salary but working
overseas is a tough thing to do.
17. I enjoy working at home, less stress from everyday problems outside, specifically the traffic jams
which is so normal here in our country. As for my business, that is dramatically affected by the
global pandemic, it will take time to recover.
18. With 7 years of experience as an employee and almost 6 years managing my small business, I
know and I am confident that I am fully equipped with suitable knowledge and traits that will
make me a valuable member of your team.

it affects the overall end-result of a specific project.

the overall flow of a particular project.
29. First, I’ll utilize what I have, like searching for a similar task on the internet maybe I can get a
thing or two that helps me further understand the task. But if all else fails, I’ll be honest and
direct to my client, that I am facing a situation that keeps me stuck on a project.

failing to meet the proposed schedule. I’ll explain my situation thoroughly what is the cause, and
hope to give me a chance to be much better the next time around.
31. Some unfortunate situation and family matters brought me in this situation today, I don’t regret
going through those rough times because it further makes me a stronger person.

gaining more knowledge and experience as a video editor. Honestly, I am not that good in
complicated things, like managing multiple tasks simultaneously. I am not so comfortable
pleasing other people with different views and opinion.

work is the feedbacks of satisfied customers who availed my services through recommendations
of my friends and acquaintances.I didn’t make an advertisement or post that I offer this kind of
services, up until now.
