    l Please raise the Invoice(s) in the following manner:

    l Collect any amount more than the Total Disbursement Amount from the Customer.
    l Obtain confirmation from us before delivering the aforesaid Asset to the Customer.

    l Deliver the aforesaid Asset to the Customer only after collecting Insurance Cover Note with 
       comprehensive coverage of full Asset value with endorsement marked as loss payee in our 
    favour.
    l Confirm : receipt of Form 20; clearance of margin money and advance EMI; receipt of address 
    proof
       (whereever applicable).
    l Issue a dealer receipt within two days from the DATE of receipt of the disbursement cheque / 
    demand draft
       /pay order/funding adjustment intimation.
    l In case of any cancellation from customer, dealer will not handover the disbursement amount 
    to the customer and the same will be paid back to the bank.
