    PLEA BARGAINING PROPOSAL

    Accused, through counsel, states;

    1. The accused is charged for Frustrated Homicide for allegedly


    stabbing the victim in this case, PO1 Analiza D. Ticao on
    October 14, 2006 at the public plaza in Bacolod City during
    the celebration of the Masskara Festival of the city;

    2. Based on the medical certificate dated, October 20, 2006,


    albeit from Riverside Medical Center, a private institution, it
    shows that the victim sustained just one (1) stabwound to her
    left posterior chest qualified as “non-penetrating” and
    needed only thirteen days (13) days medical attention
    barring complication;

    3. The accused, being a lowly farmer in the mountainous


    barangay of Barangay Bago, Don Salvador Benedicto, would
    like to buy his peace and put to rest this case which was
    delayed for almost fifteen (15) years so that he can focus on
    the future of his family;

    4. On this account, the accused would like to propose to plea


    bargain for a lesser offense of Less Serious Physical
    Injuries from the offense charge of Frustrated
    Homicide.
