TERM AND CONDITIONS

30% advance payment against confirmation (non-refundable in case of cancellation or postponement


under any circumstances), remaining 70% balance shall me made 20 days prior to the function.
Management reserves the right to cancel the function if the payment not paid ontime.
All Cheque to be drawn in the favor of “RIDDHI SIDDHI CORPORATION”
All Charges will be levied and calculated on the actual number of persons or the guaranteed number of persons,
whichever is higher.
Any reduction/addition in number of guaranteed persons is allowed 48 hours prior to the function. In such cases management has
rights to revise the rates accordingly.
Any extra charges or additional will be paid on completion of the function.e shall not provide any quarter plate with any Live/Specialty
Counter.
Decoration, Food Counter, lights/electronic equipment’s, audio-visual, projector, mike & florist charges are additional as per the
requirements.
Décor, Stage, Light, Sound etc. to be done exclusively by the vendor appointed by management.
Kindly submit the copy of PAN/GST No. /TAN card forbilling.
In case of the number of Parsons increases, the management will offer food n service for only 10% of the above guaranteed Parsons,
the management will levy a 20% surcharge (in addition to the rate per head) for any further increase in the number of Pax.
Sajan Goth/Panchola/Sitting dinning arrangement will be charges extra, per person Rs.500/-. Round table sitting service will be extra.
PRO & VIP waiters will be charged extra.
Using of extra hour of above Banquet timing, Hall Rent will be charged extra per hour Rs.10, 000+Tax. (As per Availability )
Playing of indoor music or live band will be permitted only till 10:00 Pm. Sound limit should be under government limits/rules/decibel.
Drums & Dhol is strictly not allowed inside of the hotel premises as well as in banquet hall.
Fireworks /crackers/ Cold Pyros etc. are strictly not allowed in front of the Hotel/Inside the Hotel and it is strictly prohibited by
government Act.
TERM AND CONDITIONS

Outside food and Beverages of any kind will not be permitted in the premises.
Management strictly prohibits Pan Counter within the premises.
Valet parking if required will be on chargeable basis.
Vehicle Parking will be at owner’s risk and the management will not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle.
Menu to be finalized at least 15 Days in advance of function date.
The management expects Guest to ensure strict adherence/support to our guidelines and guest will strictly responsible for any damage or
breakage caused by any contractor/worker/vendor engaged by your side.
All materials/goods brought in for the function/event will be strictly at guest own risk. The management will not be liable/responsible for
any loss/damage caused to your goods/materials/valuable items.
The guests are expected to observe the rules of premises. The management reserves the rights to ask any guest to leave the function if
there is any breach of rules/terms of the contract/agreement.
The management shall not be Liable for any inconvenience caused by an act of god nature, accident or failure of any services which are
beyond the control of the management.
We are providing service as agreed in agreement and the rate agreed upon. Any services or amenities required by you in addition to those
agreed as per contract shall be chargeable and provide subject to availability.
Any change regarding function is sure to coordinate our function coordinator or banquet sales team in confidence.
Prices for additional service & conditions may vary according to the premises chosen. Kindly check all the details with your function
coordinator or banquet sales team.
Police permission/IPRS/PPL/Fireworks permission or any other applicable permission must be taken by client. Hotel is not responsible to
take any permission/ or any legal procedure.
In case of any legal or related matter the jurisdiction will remain Ahmedabad only.
Government taxes shall be levied, as applicable.
The Management has to right to revise the rates without any prior notice orinformation.
