    Letter of Intent

    With reference to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to offer you an
    appointment as located at Bangalore.

    As discussed and agreed, you will be entitled to compensation as detailed in Annexure -1. The Letter
    of Appointment will be given to you within a week of your joining based on the submission of all
    your documents. Your DOJ will be as on September 24, 2018.

    The offer of appointment is contingent upon reference check from your previous employer, being
    medically fit and Background Check/Verification through a 3rd party. We trust that the required
    information and documentation requested will be presented accurately.

    In the case there are discrepancies in the findings, resulting in a negative report related to criminal
    charges and/or acts of falsifying of facts, we have the right to withdraw your appointment letter and
    call for immediate terminated without any notice or compensation.

    2. Class Xth Class XIlth Diploma Graduation Post-Graduation (if any)

    5. Last two Employments' Appointment Letters and Relieving Letters Increment/Appraisal
    Letters (if any) Last three months' salary slips
    6. 5. ID Cards, Photo, Address proof and other documents
    7. Updated resume Copy of Letter of Intent Pan Card Voter ID Card Aadhar Card Passport
    (mandatory/submit within three months')
    8. Present Address Proof Passport size Photo on white background - 4 Nos.
    9. Blood Group (Any medical certificate specifying your blood group)
    10. Savings Bank Account details (Person name as in bank records, Account Number, Bank
    Name, Branch, IFSC Code)
    11. Form 16 or Taxable income statement duly certified by your employer (if applicable) PF
    Account number and UAN number (if applicable)

    Agreed and Accepted: I have read, understood and agree with all of the terms and conditions in this
    letter.
