The following are the recommendations that I felt at the time of internship:
There must be some training sessions for the development of employees for the best progress of
employees. There must be international training sessions to enhance the employees to work with
the advance techniques.
Increment:
The company where I complete my internship was an international Ireland based company that
makes huge levels of profits as compare to its competitors and the workers are so hard working
but the salary level is very low according to their efforts to meet their expenses. There must be
increment in salaries.
Benefits:
There must be high level benefits against their duties that can help to motivate employees
to work more efficiently and effectively.
Work type:
There must be a chance given to the workers in all activities to got experience. There must
be job alternation to enhance employees.
