    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, MAYLEHBOURNE NAHOMAN RIVERA, and MARVIN PANTI


    RIVERA, both of legal age, Filipino citizens with postal address at Blk 6
    Lot 3 Mahogany Street Greenhomes Pinagbuhatan Pasig, do hereby
    appoint, name and constitute ANALIZA MADAGUIT NAHOMAN, of legal
    age, Filipino citizen, residing at Blk 6 Lot 3 Mahogany Street Greenhomes
    Pinagbuhatan Pasig, to be our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, to act, for
    and in our stead, to do and perform the following acts deeds and things,
    to wit:

    1. To process and obtain on our behalf the release of our Diploma /


    Certificate / Form 137 / Transcript of Records and/or other
    school certificates and/or credentials;

    2. To process and obtain on our behalf the authentication of the


    said documents with respective Philippine government agencies
    (DepEd, DFA, CHED, TESDA and PRC) and at the Department of
    Foreign Affairs (DFA), whenever necessary and required; and

    3. To process and obtain on our behalf our school


    records/documents, requesting authentication of all our
    documents issued by government agencies;

    4. To process/facilitate the authentication of our documents and to


    have it Apostilled with the DFA; and

    5. To do such any other act or thing that may be required


    necessary or incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the
    purposes for which this authority is hereby given;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact


    full power and authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing
    whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
    premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could
    lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all
    that our said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
    virtue of these presents.

    RESOLVED, that this Special Power of Attorney shall be valid and


    subsisting and shall remain in full force and effect unless otherwise
    revoked or amended by us in writing.
