and they worshiped other than Allah.
So, Allah allowed his prayer and all the inhabitants of the earth to be flooded, except

Futuristic
Imagine in 20 years, the world will be pushed to more
weather extremes, forcing us to struggle with hyper-
damaging floods everyday - more frequent and violent
storms, much higher rainfall totals, bigger tides on top of
rising sea levels.
Alamiyyah
If we take a look at today’s society, many suffer the
immediate impacts of flooding. This includes loss of
human life, damage to property, destruction of crops,
and so much more.
Mu'asirah
Researchers from the World Bank, Deltares and UCL found
in a new study that almost one fourth of the world
population (1.81 billion people) live in locations that are
exposed to at least 0.15 meters of inundation depth in a 1-in-
100-year flood event.
According to the weather forecast issued by the Malaysian
Meteorological Department, it is expected that there will be
quite worrying rainfall starting from this September 2022 23%
until March next year, and the increase in
rainfall is expected to be the highest in
November 2022 involving the East Coast States
following the transition Monsoon.

Reflection
